Thanks to my good friend Stephane Levesque, who worked as the chef at Purcell Mountain Lodge in 2011, I received an amazing invitation and opportunity to fly into the lodge for backcountry skiing and reference photography in winter 2011. Paintings inspired by the experience were created in the studio after.
