The Anzac School Project

"Community Circle"

The Community Circle is a 6 ft x6 ft puzzle art piece 

that consists of 64 individual pieces arranged to 

create one piece. This is a site-specific art piece 

which I designed as part of the Anzac School Project 
and worked collaboratively with youth and an assistant 
in the community of Anzac to make this piece.

Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood 

Buffalo partnered with Bill Woodward School in 

November 2014 in order to create this collaborative 

community themed artwork. 

Student artists in this project include the following: 

Brittney and Lane Mckenzie, Kirstie and Emily 

Abraham, Kennedi Pratt, Benjamin Thompson, 

Jerelyn and Jerome Seguin,Yvette and Javeleigh Seguin, 

Donny Janvier, and Connor Czibere. 

This piece is on display in the main concourse at the 

Recreation Centre in Anzac, Alberta.
